Cebarn (Sea-burn) Carroll owned a construction company in Washington that was doing really well. However, he wanted to move to Florida to be closer to family. He sold his construction business in Washington and moved to Clearwater, FL where he started Red Beard Construction LLC. He initially only used Red Beard Construction LLC for his own houses that he would flip and make rentals. He had a couple of friends who were looking for some remodeling work and felt like the companies that they got quotes from weren’t as personable and really cared about what they wanted and their budget. So, he decided for his friend he would do one project, but one project turned into two then three. Before he knew it with absolutely no ads or promotions he had a list of clients wanting quotes from him to do their projects. This took Red Beard Construction LLC and forced it to grow!
